Plunge into a large range of fragrance and extraordinary tastes. A unique chance to stimulate your senses and to surprise your memory through wine and perfume.

This workshop invites you to compare wine aromas associated to perfumes by participating in playful and stimulating exercises. An alternation of two universes which connect you to your senses and take you by surprise. Laetitia Ouspointour, Sommelier, manager at Château Vieux Mougnac.

1800–1900 Unique wines from Bulgaria- unveiling the hidden gem

In this Master Class, you will have the opportunity to learn and taste world class wines made from indigenous local Bulgarian grape varieties.

Bulgarian wine professional Dimitar Nikolov (WSET Certified, International Wine Judge for Decanter and Mundus Vini, Wine Expert with long experience) will tell the story of Bulgarian wine making, fill the glasses with this magical liquid and will guide you through the aromas, tastes and flavors of five different carefully selected boutique Bulgarian wines.

Bulgarian wine today is full of amazing stories of passionate winemakers who travel to explore the new and the old world of wines while fulfilling their dreams to make wine in a unique way. Many European wine producers have discovered the potential of the terroir and have established modern wineries under the sun of Bulgaria and are now producing internationally recognized and awarded wines.

Bulgaria has much to offer to the world of wines with its long wine history, unique grapes and wine styles, excellent value and exciting quality. This Master Class will take you to the forefront of this trend as the country is ripe for exploration through its unique wines.
